How do we perceive the European Union and what does our cooperation really mean? What does the association with the EU envisage and what possibilities does this agreement offer for Moldova? How to get access to European funds? How does the European Union affect the observance of human rights and ethnic communities in Moldova? These and other questions were discussed with the citizens of Basarabeasca during our first regional dialogue, which took place in the framework of the program “EU in Moldova: Perceptions and Reality”.

IPIS implements the program “EU in Moldova: Perceptions and Realities” together with the Berlin Institute of European Politics (IEP) and Institutes of European Policies and Reforms of Moldova (IPRE) with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
