This study contains the analysis of the health care electoral offers of the political parties participating in the 2021 parliamentary elections, as well as practical recommendations for their implementation.

All electoral programs were analyzed in the light of the main strategic documents for the development of the health system. The extent to which the parties’ electoral commitments were formulated in accordance with the national strategic directions in the field of health were also examined.

This study, developed in the framework of the project “Visions of the main political parties on the development of the health sector”, implemented with the financial support of Soros Foundation Moldova/Public Health Department, provides an analysis of the electoral offers, carried out contextually and quantitatively within the limits of the texts formulated by the participants in the electoral campaign, with the elaboration of practical recommendations for actions to implement them in the short, medium and long term.
