Institute for Strategic Initiatives (IPIS) invites young active students aged 18-25 to apply for 3-month IPIS Leadership and Diversity Academy, organized with the support of regional office of Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

During the course of the Academy, the participants will hear lectures, attend study visits and get involved in activities in several areas, including conflict resolution, democratic development, diversity, European values and institutions, public speaking and debate, democracy in the digital age, as well as introduction in project design and management.

The Academy will take place between September – December, twice a week, in the evening.

Lectures and presentations will be conducted in Romanian, Russian and English.

The most active participants will be invited to volunteer and/or work in other projects conducted by the IPIS.

Upon completion of the IPIS Leadership and Diversity Academy, the participants will have a wide network of contacts in the civil society, political and start up community of Moldova, which can help them secure good internships – and even prospective jobs – upon graduation.

Participants profile: In order to participate, the candidates must fulfil the following requirements:

• 18-25 years’ old
• Be active and open minded
• Eager to learn more
• Be able to attend all project activities
• Have potential and be motivated to disseminate the results of the project
