The Institute for Strategic Initiatives (IPIS) is a Moldovan NGO established in 2017, uniting professionals with diverse views. IPIS works to address Moldova’s strategic development challenges from a non-political, non-partisan perspective. IPIS expertise covers these areas: good governance and public administration reforms; public involvement and participatory government; conflict resolution and inter-ethnic consolidation; communications. The tender is announced within the following project, implemented by IPIS and supported by the European Endowment for Democracy (EED): Bridging the divide between Moldovans – building a real agenda for citizens”. The goal of the project is to promote an inclusive agenda of reforms for Moldova beyond the agenda of a geopolitical divide, as well as ensure citizens’ engagement and participation in the decision making process. Within this project, “Bridging the divide between Moldovans – building a real agenda for citizens”, IPIS is seeking company to produce 30 professional, 1-minute videos with infographics, which will expose identify and promote, in a clear and accessible language for citizens, real policy priorities. The deadline for the submission of complete offers is April 26, 2019. Upon expiration of the deadline, an evaluation committee will verify whether the Application Form is properly filled in, the package is complete and the stated criteria are met. The Institute for European Politics based in Berlin (IEP), in partnership with the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE) and the Institute for Strategic Initiatives (IPIS) on April 12th organized the second local dialogue in Taraclia in the framework of the project “Promoting civil society and interethnic dialogue in the Republic of Moldova in the context of the EU association process (CIVID)”. Iulian Groza, Executive Director at IPRE, welcomed everyone in his opening remarks. Viktoria Palm, IEP project manager, talked about the goals and objectives of the project. At the same time, Maria Paslari, the rector of the “Grigorii Ţambalac” University in Taraclia, which hosted the event, spoke about the Bulgarian minority in the region, as well as about the problems faced by the representatives of this ethnic group. Vera Petuhov, Deputy General Director, Interethnic Relations Agency, presented the main conclusions of their efforts to promote inter-ethnic dialogue. In the second part of the event, the participants were divided into four groups. A facilitator was assigned to each of the four tables, who discussed for 15 minutes one of the following topics: Education and mass media (moderated by Lidia Paslari, journalist, Taraclia); Economic development (moderated by Nicolai Cheles, Co-Coordinator of the Youth Platform for Interethnic Solidarity); Social rights (moderated by Andrei Popov, IPIS); Association Agreement with the European Union (moderated by Vitalie Ponomariov, historian, Cahul). The Institute for European Politics based in Berlin (IEP), in partnership with the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE), the Institute for Strategic Initiatives (IPIS) and the Youth Resources Center – DACIA organized in Soroca on Thursday, November 1st a local dialogue on interethnic relations and social cohesion in the Republic of Moldova.
The Institute for Strategic Initiatives launched the IPIS Leadership Academy with the support of Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Over the course of three months, the young people selected will learn new skills in a variety of areas such as good governance, foreign policy, conflict resolution, communication, stage presence, digital democracy, and others.

IPIS is seeking qualified event management company to provide logistical and administrative support in the organization of national and international events (trainings, workshops, conferences, etc.) in accordance with IPIS programs.
