The human resource crisis in public institutions is an acute problem. First of all, this crisis is manifested in the large number of vacant positions. Recruitment and retention of qualified staff is a problem that will also affect the speed of EU accession negotiations.

The Gagauz language, which is one of the official languages in the autonomous territorial unit Gagauz-Yeri in the south of Moldova, is among the endangered languages and requires restoration and protection, including by the state. The level of command and use of the Gagauz language is insufficient. The level of command of the Romanian language in ATU Gagauz-Yeri is insufficient, which prevents the creation of the necessary conditions for the full participation of residents of the autonomy in the social, cultural and political life of the country, holding positions in the leadership of the central level, as well as increasing the level of social cohesion of society. The lack of serious attention to this issue may lead to a situation in which the Gagauz-Yeri autonomy will exist in isolation from the national processes.
This paper analyses the relevant legislation, including the international one, presents a thorough analysis of the current situation, highlights the point of view of the autonomy’s residents with regard to the study and knowledge of the Gagauz and Romanian language, analyzes a number of programs and policies of the government and authorities of the autonomy, aimed to resolve these issues.

Aceasta a sporit reziliența țării în contextul crizelor ce au urmat pe plan energetic, pandemic și de securitate.
In this study we examined both the form, the mechanisms of fake news and manipulation, and how it affects social, economic and political processes in the country. An important aspect was the analysis of the phenomenon of disinformation depending on the source, internal or external. Also, in this study we paid increased attention to the suggestions, changes that need to be made in order to make the Republic of Moldova more resistant to disinformation. This study was conducted as part of the #inforMD project – against disinformation in the Republic of Moldova, implemented in 2021 by The Institut für Europäische Politik based in Berlin (IEP) in partnership with the Institute for Strategic Initiatives of Moldova (IPIS) and the Institute for European Policies and Reforms of Moldova (IPRE) with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office. This study contains the analysis of the health care electoral offers of the political parties participating in the 2021 parliamentary elections, as well as practical recommendations for their implementation. All electoral programs were analyzed in the light of the main strategic documents for the development of the health system. The extent to which the parties’ electoral commitments were formulated in accordance with the national strategic directions in the field of health were also examined. This study, developed in the framework of the project “Visions of the main political parties on the development of the health sector”, implemented with the financial support of Soros Foundation Moldova/Public Health Department, provides an analysis of the electoral offers, carried out contextually and quantitatively within the limits of the texts formulated by the participants in the electoral campaign, with the elaboration of practical recommendations for actions to implement them in the short, medium and long term.
