Asociația Obștească „Institutul pentru Inițiative Strategice” (IPIS) anunță concurs de oferte pentru achiziția de servicii video. TERMENI DE REFERINȚĂ Poziția:  Proiectul își propune să realizeze câte videouri de promovarea a unor campanii sociale la nivel local în raioanele Strășeni, Cimișlia, Călărași, Sîngerei, Fălești și Leova. Denumirea proiectului: “Campanii sociale vocale la nivel local. Dezvoltarea capacității societății civile și a liderilor de a implementa campanii sociale vocale la nivel local” Aria de acoperire: Chișinau, Leova, Cimișlia, Călărași, Strășeni, Sîngerei, Fălești, Durata: 14 Septembrie 2020 – 24 Octobrie 2020 CONTEXT Apelul este anunțat în cadrul proiectului “Campanii sociale vocale la nivel local. Dezvoltarea capacității societății civile și a liderilor de a implementa campanii sociale vocale la nivel local”, finantat de către Uniunea Europeană și Ministerul Federal de Cooperare Economică si Dezvoltare a Germaniei prin intermediul Fundatiei Konrad Adenauer. Proiectul își propune ca în cadrul activităților implementate să fi elaborate și produse filmulete cu participantii proiectului in care ei vor vorbi despre mersul proiectului, vor povesti despre ideile lor de campanii și promovarea acestora. DOMENIUL DE LUCRU ȘI SARCINILE CHEIE În cadrul proiectului se vor produce filmulețe video de o durată până la 5 minute, cu participarea beneficiarilor proiectului prin care vor fi promovate ideile lor de campanii sociale la nivel local. Producătorul va lucra în strânsă colaborare cu Expertul pe comunicare și cu echipa de proiect pe întreaga perioadă de atribuire. The volunteers of the Falesti District Youth Centre met with IPIS experts to learn about the existing mechanisms for creating and promoting their own social campaigns.

#WEandEU: The results of the programme “EU in Moldova: Perceptions and Reality” were presented at the final conference

Meetings with residents of Moldova from eight districts of the country, factual refutation of common myths about EU, video stories about successfully implemented projects with EU financial support, TV debates and, most importantly, communication, these are the main results of the program “EU in Moldova: Perceptions and Reality”, which were presented by three NGOs, including the Institute for Strategic Initiatives within the framework of the final conference.

We continue our virtual tour through Moldova and meetings with local activists. This time, IPIS experts discussed with young volunteers from the Singerei district the existing instruments of social campaigns. Our team of experts talked about the existing ways and platforms of financing various initiatives – crowdfunding, how to get closer to your goal with the help of journalists, as well as methods of cooperation with local authorities. In the coming months, we will accompany the activists from the Singerei region in achieving their goals and implementing some projects. The meeting took place within the programme “Vocal social campaigns at local level”, which is implemented within the Grant Programme “Development of civil society at local level in Moldova”, financed by the EU and the Conrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS).

During an online meeting IPIS team met the volunteers from the Cimișlia’s Youth Centre and representatives of the Cimislia Local Association to discuss existing tools for social campaigns. IPIS experts shared their experience in effective communication with journalists and local public authorities. In addition, we talked about how to create an efficient NGO, as well as how to attract foreign funds that are destinated to Moldovan NGO sector. In the coming months, we will accompany the activists from the Cimislia region in achieving their goals and implementing some projects. The meeting took place within the programme “Vocal social campaigns at local level”, which is implemented within the Grant Programme “Development of civil society at local level in Moldova”, financed by the EU and the Conrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS).
